AC-NET Launches Clean Tech Business Plan Competition

A new contest aimed at new technology entrepreneurs was kicked off at today’s Orange County Business Council’s Economic Forecast luncheon.  The Clean Tech Business Plan Competition, sponsored by the Anaheim Center for New Energy Technologies (AC-NET), will award $25,000 to the company with the most promise.  AC-NET is a collaborative partnership between the City of Anaheim and Cal State Fullerton. 5,000 thrid graders pack Anaheim arena for history lesson

The noise from just outside the arena doors sounded like fans preparing for a rock concert inside. Turns out, it was a history lesson.  More than 5,000 third-graders from across Anaheim gathered at the Anaheim Convention Center on Monday to learn about the importance of studying history. Read more

Power and Associates, the nationally known company that measures consumer satisfaction for automobile and other purchases, to measure how well the city's utility department, planning and building department and Police Department deal with the public.
