CP&A was retained by this developer of multi-family housing developments to provide government outreach assistance in the City of Westminster in Orange County, CA. Relying upon our well-established relationships and land use expertise, CBH was ultimately successful in gaining unanimous City Council approval of a 93-unit senior housing facility, which included the city’s contribution of more than $600,000 from its redevelopment set-aside funds. We have also provided entitlement-related services to CBH on projects throughout southern and central California.
