Curt Pringle & Associates provided full entitlement facilitation services, from building permit application to Certificate of Occupancy receipt, as it relates to the development of this 80,000 s.f. retail shopping center in the City of Artesia. Included among our efforts was enabling the developer to obtain substantial reductions in various development fees and to accelerate and expedite the plan check process.
